Notice of Availability (NOA) of Environmental Assessment (EA)- Mid-Atlantic Wind Energy Areas (WEAs) [Docket No. BOEM 2011-0088]

This Federal Register notice informs the public of the availability of the draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for review and comment, which will be considered in the preparation of the final EA and determination of whether a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) would be appropriate, or whether an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) would need to be prepared.
