Notice of Intent (NOI) to Prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) for Mid-Atlantic Wind Energy Areas (WEAs)

Through this notice, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEMRE) solicits public comment on the environmental effects of reasonably foreseeable site characterization surveys that may be undertaken if BOEMRE issues a lease or leases in any or all of the identified wind energy areas (WEAs) offshore New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia .
