Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) commits Massachusetts and Rhode Island to coordinate and collaborate in the permitting and development of offshore wind energy projects in the area of mutual interest (AMI) in the waters of Rhode Island Sound.
