The visual impact assessment was completed as part of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIS/DEIR). The analysis determined that there will be "no historic properties affected" for one National Historic Landmark (NHL) property, one historic district, and two individual properties. Findings of "adverse effect" were made for two NHL properties, four historic districts, and 10 individual properties.
