FAA determination of No Hazard Upheld

The DC Circuit Court upheld that the Cape Wind project would present no hazard as it pertains to the Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA had previously declared the turbines would not have an effect on radar systems in 2011, and this ruling upheld that decision.
