Cape Wind Comments on Dismissal of Town of Barnstable v Cape Wind Lawsuit

Following the dismissal of the case Town of Barnstable v Ann Berwick regarding the contract for a power purchase agreement between Cape Wind and NSTAR, Cape Wind issued this press release. Cape Wind cites the continued delaying tactics as being costly to taxpayers, and says the dismissal was a victory for a domestic offshore wind industry
