Order Approving Hywind Term Sheet

Statoil informs the Maine Public Utilities Commission that it is putting the Hywind project on hold until further notice. After the initial approval of the termsheet, Statoil has found the regulatory structure in Maine unclear. The language of bill LD 1472 is cited as a major cause of this lack of clarity.
