Statoil Patent Waiver

Statoil had requested a waiver on the US Department of Energy's patent requirements on a grant offered to Statoil for the Hywind project. DOE approved the waiver. This was required due to the pilot project being a demonstration of Norwegian-held patents, and the award requires U.S. products to be considered first.
