Description:

Chapter 6 develops new maps of the seasonal and annual distributions of seabird species and species groups. These distributions were predicted based on statistical models fit to visual shipboard seabird observational data collected as part of a standardized survey program from 1980-1988. Models are developed for single species and for species groups, and then combined to produce モhotspotヤ maps depicting multi-species abundance and diversity patterns. Part 4 includes pages 139-148.
