Description:
The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) assesses the physical, biological, socioeconomic, and human impacts of the construction, operation, and decomissioning of the Cape Wind energy project in Horseshoe Shoal and all reasonable alternatives, including no action, in order to determine if the proposal is environmentally sound. The FEIS addresses all comments received on the Draft EIS to the extent they were applicable and necessary to reach conclusions on the scope and extent of proposed action characteristics and potential impacts.
