Joint Development Agreement Between the State of Rhode Island and Deepwater Rhode Island, LLC

This Joint Development Agreement sets forth obligations of the State of Rhode Island and Deepwater Wind, in response to Deepwater Wind's selection as the preferred developer of the Rhode Island Energy Independence I Project. Obligations extend to permitting and approval processes, financing and offtake arrangements, and economic development initiatives and investments.
