Maine Coastal Plan- Assessment and Strategy under Section 309 of the Coastal Zone Management Act

New state goals for offshore wind energy, the completion of Governor Baldacci's Ocean Energy Task Force (OETF), and implementation of the Maine Wind Energy Act (MWEA) are identified as priorities of the Maine Coastal Program (MCP) in this 2010 assessment.
