Maryland's Energy Industry Workforce Report: Preparing Today's Workers for Tomorrow's Opportunities

The report provides a summary of recommended strategies and policies to assist public agencies, non-governmental organizations, and businesses in meeting the workforce needs of the green economy. Recommendations in four areasﾗ workforce attraction and recruitment; education, training, and certification; data driven policy development; and, public policy incentivesﾗ were prioritized for the next 12 months.
