Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)- Cape Wind Energy Project

The Federal Register notice announces the Minerals Management Service's (MMS) intention to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Cape Wind project, and commences a 45-day written scoping period under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to determine the significant issues, potential alternatives, and mitigating measures that should be analyzed.
