South Carolina's Role in Offshore Wind Energy Development

The report offers twenty recommendations to prepare for and promote opportunities for South Carolina's offshore wind energy production. The recommendations were subdivided into three categories ﾖ (1) general recommendations; (2) recommendations that support the generation of clean power; and, (3) recommendations that foster the growth of an wind turbine manufacturing and construction industry within the state.
